RETURN SHIPPING:

  • To initiate a return, please call +91 - 98192 56560 or email us at cuddleupbymehakgorwani@gmail.com We offer free return shipping to our customers in India.Most of the times,our courier partners will do the Return pickup. At certain pincodes in India, where our courier partners do not do reverse pickup, we have to ask customers to ship the products to us. The package needs to be addressed to: Cuddle Up, 601, Palatial, 21st rd, Bandra(w) Mumbai 400050, +91 - 98192 56560. Returns are generally processed between 4-5 business days from receipt, and you will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed. Once we have inspected the returned product, we will process the refund amount into your account.

  • Orders are processed at our warehouse in Mumbai, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). We aim for every order to be on its way as quickly as possible - typically, orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of your order being placed. However, during heavy sales periods processing may take up to 3 working days.

Returns

Need to return? No problem! We offer EASY Exchange to our customers. Our return policy lasts untill 7 days after you have received your order. The items must be unused and in the same condition you received it. We accept returns if the product received is damaged or incorrect. Once we have received and inspected the returns, we will process your Exchange, no questions asked. However please note only one time exchange is possible. The product must be sent out from the customers end with the original brand label, article number, un-detached price tag and complete packaging. It is also vital that the product does not possess any stains, scratches, tears or rips. we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national courier services. We deliver anywhere in India. All your orders would typically be delivered within 7-10 working days from the date of order.

Refunds
