We offer EASY Exchange to our customers.Our return policy lasts untill 7 days after you have received your order. The items must be unused and in the same condition you received it. We accept returns if the product received is damaged or incorrect. Once we have received and inspected the returns, we will process your Exchange, no questions asked. However please note only one time exchange is possible. The product must be sent out from the customers end with the original brand label, article number, un-detached price tag and complete packaging. It is also vital that the product does not possess any stains, scratches, tears or rips. we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national courier services. We deliver anywhere in India. All your orders would typically be delivered within 5-6 working days from the date of order.

No, It is not compulsory you can place an order as a guest and the same shall be delivered to you along with the tracking process. However it is recommended to create an account to place an order and be updated about our collection and various offers.

After getting to the final stages of the checkout, there will be a box on the left hand side labeled ‘gift card or discount code’. Enter your gift card number into this box and select ‘apply’.

The Cuddle Up gift cards are sent virtually. After entering your email address to place the order, the gift card will be sent to your inbox. Simply print this out and give as the perfect gift!

To place an order on Cuddle Up, you will need to sign up using your email address. After checking out with your Cuddle Up gift voucher, this will be sent to your inbox within a couple of minutes.

The Cuddle Up gift cards are valid for 12 months.

Deliveries usually arrive within 2-4working days.

Orders are processed at our warehouse in Mumbai, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). We aim for every order to be on its way as quickly as possible - typically, orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of your order being placed. However, during heavy sales periods processing may take up to 3 working days.

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with our courier system.
