  • Shella features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.

We want you to enjoy your new Cuddle Up items as quickly as possible! That’s why we offer FREE and SPEEDY delivery on all orders.

Orders are processed at our warehouse in Mumbai, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). We aim for every order to be on its way as quickly as possible - typically, orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of your order being placed. However, during heavy sales periods processing may take up to 3 working days.

Returns

Need to return? No problem! We offer EASY Exchange to our customers. Our return policy lasts untill 7 days after you have received your order. The items must be unused and in the same condition you received it. We accept returns if the product received is damaged or incorrect. Once we have received and inspected the returns, we will process your Exchange, no questions asked. However please note only one time exchange is possible. The product must be sent out from the customers end with the original brand label, article number, un-detached price tag and complete packaging. It is also vital that the product does not possess any stains, scratches, tears or rips. we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national courier services. We deliver anywhere in India. All your orders would typically be delivered within 7-10 working days from the date of order.

Refunds

Returns are generally processed between 4-5 business days from receipt, and you will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed. Once we have inspected the returned product, we will process the refund amount into your account.
